REFUND POLICY

At Wilna Joubert Permanent Makeup, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional services with care and precision. Due to the nature of our work — which involves time, products, and preparation for each client — all payments for services are final and non-refundable. This includes deposits, completed treatments, and no-show or late cancellation charges.

A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. This deposit confirms your commitment and reserves the time allocated specifically for your procedure. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice or a missed appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be required to rebook.

Once a service has been performed — whether initial treatment or touch-up — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is because permanent makeup is a process, and individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, medical conditions, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we do our best to achieve optimal results, perfection is not guaranteed, and adjustments may be necessary.

Should you be dissatisfied with your result, we encourage open communication to determine the best corrective approach, which may include a follow-up session or additional service at your own cost. However, dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund.

Retail products sold in-studio or online are also non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
