Welcome to Wilna Joubert Permanent Makeup. By using this website and booking any services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and our business, so please read them carefully.

Wilna Joubert offers professional permanent makeup services including ombré brows, lip blush, and brow corrections. All procedures are performed by a certified and experienced artist in a clean, professional environment. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the treatment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or an additional rebooking fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could result in your appointment being rescheduled, with the deposit retained.

Before booking, it is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment poses a risk to your health. While we always strive for the best results, outcomes may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare adherence. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact results or longevity.

Aftercare is a vital part of the healing process and achieving optimal results. You will receive specific aftercare instructions that must be followed diligently. Ignoring these guidelines may negatively impact your outcome and void any eligibility for a complimentary touch-up or correction. A perfecting session (touch-up) is typically recommended within 4–8 weeks of your initial treatment and is not included in the initial price unless specified.

All services and product sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services, late arrivals, or missed appointments. By booking with us, you understand and accept that permanent makeup is a process and individual results will vary.
